IACI is in the final stages of constructing a new residential aged care building on the Marangaroo site in Perth, WA.

The new building as part of the overall facility will be comprised of approximately 82 bedrooms.

The first stage of their site redevelopment is expected to enhance the quality of life and care for the local aging community. By adding fast connectivity at their fingertips, residents can enjoy a more stimulated, active mind.

Connecting these bedrooms and catering for all the various demands of an aged care facility requires industry-leading brands. OSA knew exactly which solutions would meet the need.

OSA was also able to supply solutions from a select group of world-class vendors, including Teleste, Aruba and Ruckus Wireless Wifi. These vendors work in partnership with OSA to create bespoke, future-proofed integrated network solutions.

OSA supplied all of the comms equipment to NCIS for the aged care facility, including GPON Head-End Infrastructure, FTA, Satellite TV, integrated MATV solution, with integration to a full IP security system, IP CCTV, access control and wireless access points.

And thanks to OSA’s supply, communications access will be available across the entire facility, boosting the quality of care and efficiency facility-wide.
