The PowerCat 6 MOD-Clip DataGate jack is designed to maintain clean secure connections. The RJ-45 jack features a patented ‘spring-loaded shutter’ which protects it from dust and contaminants as well as provides tactile feedback – the spring-loaded shutter pops out an improperly seated patch cord – all with single-handed plug-in and removal.

The MOD-Clip DataGate jacks utilise patented IDC V-shaped contacts that flex not fatigue when terminated and is uniquely designed to allow for rear and side entry cable termination. The provision of side entry termination ensures bend radius is maintained in installations where there is limited space – optimising the performance of your Category 6 solution.

Molex’s Category 6A field terminable plug is designed to support 10 Gigabit networks and can be easily terminated using parallel jaw pliers.  The IDC is designed to accommodate different diameter conductors from 22 AWG-26 AWG Solid Wire. The Field Terminable Plug meets TIA-568-C.2 Category 6A component performance. Cat 5e/6 and 6A Direct Attach link and channels.

PowerCat 6 Patch Panels are the premier Molex patch panel product line. A key product used in both Category 6 link and channel gigabit ethernet applications. The IDC section consists of V-shaped contacts that flex not fatigue when terminated. Each port features a patented spring-loaded shutter and can be colour coded to match jack outlets. Offering both front and rear labelling options, the patch panel is constructed of cold-rolled steel for additional strength and durability.
