To help us keep up with the influx of the supply, design and support services for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure and telecommunication products, we are expanding our team.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Branch Manager some of your responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Face to face contact with our customers
  • Preparation of Quotations/Orders/Invoices
  • Process customer orders
  • Follow up quotations
  • Other administration paperwork as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold current Drivers Licence
  • Capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Enthusiastic about working with people
  • Be able to work unsupervised
  • Sales and customer service focused
  • Organised and reliable
  • Must be computer literate
  • MYOB exposure desirable (training will be provided)

Internal Sales Representative, Melbourne

The Internal Sales Representative role is a key part of this organisation’s structure, as the successful candidate will play a key support role to the sales and operational teams, in attaining revenue goals, service delivery and ultimately customer satisfaction.


  • Coordinate internal sales of all products, effectively supporting the daily operations.
  • Provide excellence in customer service and being the voice of the company. Respond to customer phone and email enquiries regarding product availability and sales order placement.
  • Maintain liaison with key company managers and engineers, keeping them up to date with new clients and developments, and provide regular feedback to the business ensuring that the selling strategies are current and meet the market and economic conditions.
  • Respond to customers’ requests for proposals efficiently following the sales policies and procedures. Preparing quotes for customers, including samples, description and designs.
  • Assisting in the implementation of sales strategies as prepared by the Business Development & Product Managers.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong phone presence and experience dealing with a high volume of calls per day ● Knowledge of fibre optics or general networking knowledge is an advantage, however not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage, schedule effectively, and maintain and manage customers via a CRM.
